Who isn't voting next Tuesday? No more stories about undecided voters less than a week before the election.
I donβt want to see or hear any more stories about undecided voters less than a week before the election.
Who isn'tΒ votingΒ next Tuesday?
My interest with non-voters was kindling until yesterday when I read two items. One was by Dr. Larry Sabato, the well-regarded political scientist at the University of Virginia. He reports that one percent of people who do vote donβt cast a ballot for President!
The other item that sparked my interest was from the St. Louis County Election Board who projects 75 percent of registered voters will turn out next Tuesday.

I can see that happening with the emotion and energy thatβs been building up for months.
It also means 25 percent aren'tΒ voting
Most of that percentage will be elderly voters who have mobility issues and getting out isnβt the easiest thing for them to do. I have no problem with that. Theyβve done a lot in their lifetime including voting in past elections.

These are the things weβre not seeing reported. And news isnβt telling us something we already know.

If you donβt vote, donβt complain when your representative and government do something you donβt like. We want to know who you are.
Itβs a credibility thing. The same thing we want from the people we elect.
