BSR Services Celebrates 30th Anniversary

BSR Services recently celebrated its 30th anniversary in business. Founded in 1984 by owner Carl Bolm, the company is St. Louis’ largest locally owned and operated snow and ice management provider.

BSR Services, which employs more than 500 subcontractors during the winter season, focuses on snow-specific commercial property service. The company is a proactive risk management expert with the area’s largest fleet of snow-only trucks and assorted snow-specific equipment.

It is one of the only St. Louis companies to combine salt with calcium, which melts 200% more ice than straight salt and is effective to negative 25 degrees. BSR Services relies on snow-tracking software programs and multiple professional meteorologists to provide accurate and cost-effective services.

In addition, the company is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
