BSR Services Hires Team Member Relations Manager

BSR Services, St. Louis’ largest locally owned and operated snow and ice management provider, recently hired Jeff Kemp as its team member relations manager.

In this position, Kemp will develop team relationships with new and existing members. He will both recruit and supervise more than 500 team members before, during and after each snow storm to maintain the company’s quality service. Kemp briefly worked as a mechanic at a local business before rejoining BSR Services where he previously worked for 15 years and served as the company’s Operations Manager.
