BSR Services President Given National Leadership Award

BSR Services’ president Carl Bolm was recently presented with the 2014 Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) Leadership award. Bolm was nominated by both the ASCA and Snow Magazine. The award is given to four recipients each year that are professional leaders in the snow and ice industry.

Bolm founded his company, which is St. Louis’ largest locally owned and operated snow and ice management provider, 30 years ago in Oct., 1984. He is an area leader in technology and cutting edge equipment, as well as a charitable donator and volunteer in his community. Bolm is a frequent speaker at industry seminars.

“This award is given to those that have a sense of vision and engage in philanthropic endeavors,” said Bolm. “I am thrilled to receive this honor and will continue my quest to remain a viable resource in the snow and ice industry.”

BSR Services is one of the only companies nationwide to have an entire staff certified by the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA). BSR has Advanced Snow Managers (ASM) and Certified Snow Professionals (CSP) trained through the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA), which is the industry’s highest accreditation. In addition, the company is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
