Creve Coeur City Council to Hold Public Hearing on March 24 for Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan

The
Creve Coeur City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 24, at
7:30 p.m., in the Creve Coeur Council Chambers located at 300 N. New Ballas Rd.,
Creve Coeur, MO, for the proposed five-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) FY2015-2019.
A 6:00 p.m. City Council work session on Monday, March 10 will focus on the
city’s street and capital equipment replacement programs, which comprise a
large portion of the CIP. Any remaining smaller CIP projects not discussed at
the initial work session will be discussed at the work session preceding the
public hearing at 6:00 p.m.

The CIP is the city's
long-range plan for improvements to infrastructure, parks and other community
facilities. The plan is a tool to assess the long-term capital needs, values
and desires of the city and to establish funding of high-priority projects in a
timely, cost-effective manner.

For
more information on the CIP, visit the city website at www.creve-coeur.org/CIP, or call Sharon Stott, Assistant to the City Administrator, at
314-872-2516.
