Book Bites: "The Strange Case of Origami Yoda" by Tom Angleberger
Dwight is considered weird by his classmates, and is known to pick his nose. One day, he shows up with a Yoda origami finger puppet and tells his classmates to ask it for advice. Puppet Yoda is wise and somehow able to predict the future. So, is Yoda for real, and can Tommy trust Yoda's advice about a certain girl? We will discuss the book, share a snack, and make our own origami characters. Copies of the book are available at the Thornhill Branch circulation desk. Ages 8-11. Registration required.
