The Creve Coeur City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 26, at 7:30 p.m., in the Creve Coeur Council Chambers located at 300 N. New Ballas Rd., Creve Coeur, MO, for the proposed five-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) FY2014-2018. The public hearing had been originally scheduled for March 25.
The City Council will hold a work session at 6 p.m. preceding the hearing, focusing on the city’s street and capital equipment replacement programs, which comprise
a large portion of the CIP.
The CIP is the city's long-range plan for improvements to infrastructure, parks and other community facilities. The plan is a tool to assess the long-term capital needs, values and desires of the city and to establish funding of high-priority projects in a timely, cost-effective manner. Citizens are encouraged to attend the public hearing. For more information on the CIP, visit the city website at www.creve-coeur.org/CIP, or call Jim Heines, Director of Public Works, at 314-872-2538.
