Hello!
I'm Tess Mandoli, a 16 year old upcoming Junior at MICDS and Miss Missouri's Outstanding Teen! The "Outstanding Teen" program is a sister to the renowned Miss America Organization. Together, these organizations are the LARGEST scholarship providers for women in the world.
With my hometown being Creve Coeur, I wanted to share my year as Miss Missouri's Outstanding Teen with my community. Throughout my year, I will be actively promoting my platform of Diversity as well as the Children's Miracle Network.
