Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

Tickets are
on sale now for the Maryland Heights Community Music Theatre’s annual summer
musical.  This year’s production is “Joseph
and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” an entertaining rock-opera adaptation
of the biblical story of Joseph.

Director
Joel Hackbarth returns to direct his fourth production with the Maryland
Heights Community Music Theatre.  Under
Hackbarth’s lead are almost forty youth and adult cast members.

“Joseph
[and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat] is a very fun family show that any
member of the family can see,” Hackbarth said.  “The show features many
styles of music, including rock, jazz, country and calypso.”

Performances
will take place at the Maryland Heights Centre at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 25
through Saturday, July 27 and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 28. All seats are
general admission, and doors open 30 minutes prior to show time.

Tickets can
be purchased at the Maryland Heights Centre. Tickets purchased before July 24
are $8 for youth (ages 3-12), $10 for adults (ages 13-64) and $8 for seniors
(ages 65+). Children ages two and younger will be admitted free, but a seat
will not be provided.

Families wishing
to attend the musical can also purchase a family four-pack of tickets for $30.
The four-pack includes two adult tickets and two youth tickets.

Tickets
purchased July 25 and after are $10 for youth (ages 3-12), $12 for adults (ages
13-64) and $10 for seniors (ages 65+).
