I don't like the fact that Creve Coeur's "Mandatory Bicycle Helmet" law is more restrictive than our neighboring municipalities. Most mandatory bicycle-helmet laws nationwide are "Under 17", and Creve Coeur's is "All Ages". Allowing adults to make decisions in regard to their own bicycle safety is just a small step in avoiding "nanny-state" policies.
