Midland Commerce Insurance Buys Dublin Insurance Agency
St. Louis agency to continue focusing on personal and commercial insurance

Midland Commerce Insurance recently purchased Dublin Insurance Agency, a family owned and operated company that was founded in 1964 by Tom Mooney and later bought by owner Eileen Markham in 1988. Markham, along with her employees, will join Midland Commerce Insurance.
Midland Commerce Insurance is a member of Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), a cohesive family of over 100 independent insurance agencies in Missouri and Illinois.
Founded in 2017, Midland Commerce Insurance is a full-service insurance agency that specializes in workers’ compensation and liability insurance. The company is owned by Matt Naumann, who has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. The office is located at 11477 Olde Cabin Road in St. Louis, Mo.

“Dublin Insurance Agency had the expertise and quality employees we needed to further grow our company,” said Midland Commerce Insurance owner Matt Naumann. “I’m excited about the future of our business and all of the opportunities we now will be able to pursue.” According to Naumann, he plans on hiring two more team members.
Founded in 2006, VIAA generates more than $165 million in written premium and is the regional founding member for the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA), a $7.4 billion national alliance.
