Realtor of the Month: K. Renee Perry of Keller Williams Realty

Each month, we’re working to highlight Realtor partnerships that we value and are grateful for. This month, our realtor of the month is a true new home builder realtor partner – K. Renee Perry of Keller Williams in Lake St. Louis.

Renee has been in Real Estate for 15 years. She currently works with Keller Williams in Lake St. Louis.

“I am truly blessed to have a career that I absolutely love! Buying and Selling a home can be very stressful. It is very important to me to make this process as smooth as possible for every customer that I have the privilege of working with,” said Perry when asked about her years in the industry.

Relocating from Overseas & Choosing to Build

Perry and her clients are partnering with Hibbs Homes to design and build their dream home. The clients, who lived overseas, faced unique elements as they worked to secure a preferred lot while working remotely through overseas financing issues.

“Renee did an absolutely masterful job with this relocation. She’s a true professional who was there for the client every step of the way,” said Matt Belcher in his nomination of Perry for Realtor of the Month. “Renee connected us with her clients to help them get exactly what they wanted in a new home – down to the finest detail. We’re working to do exactly that.”
