The old adage, "Thinking makes it so," proves to be more accurate than we thought.

The old adage, "Thinking makes it so", is so true. How we choose to think about a situation determines how we will feel about it. Of course, the better we feel about something the more positive steps will follow. All of this means that thoughts we think determine our success. We can learn to change our way of thinking to obtain a better outcome.
Albert Einstein stated, "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." Einstein was a brilliant physicist who believed that if we wanted to make changes we needed to change our thought process. These are the same therapeutic techniques utilized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
