Tips for Women Who Have Experienced a Life Time of Emotional Pain.

Women experiencing more emotional pain than not in their lives deserve better.

Most of us realize that emotional pain is a necessary part of life. However, when our pain overshadows all else we must pay attention. Are you aware of the events that trigger your pain? Triggers such as, being ignored, put down, used, etc.

Often, our pain is not even about what is happening today. It may be something(s) that happened years ago. For instance, when a woman was abused as a child today’s triggers may make her feel a loss of control. Her feeling a loss of control over seemingly minor issues may not make sense. However, it does make sense when we realize it is about her of loss over control when she was abused years ago.

The good news is that once we are willing to explore our issues and make important connections between the past and present we feel empowered to make changes.
