Denise Gittemeier of St. Charles County won a $500 VISA Gift Card for taking part in a Vantage Credit Union customer satisfaction survey during January. She picked up her gift card at Vantage Credit Union’s main office in Bridgeton this past week.
The survey went out to both members and non-members to gauge loyalty and perceived awareness. Gittemeier, a long-time member of the local credit union, took the survey and forgot about it until the call came that she was chosen randomly as the winner.
“What a surprise,” she commented. “I’m thinking of saving it for something fun on vacation this summer.”

“We received almost 3,000 responses to our survey and lots of great feedback. It’s always helpful to hear from our members and the community to gauge how well we are doing,” said Vantage Marketing Manager Rachel Parrent (pictured awarding the gift card to Gittemeier).
