Celebrating Wildwood Founders' Day
There were 17-plus groups/organizations on-hand for the Wildwood Founders' Day Parade.
officials kicked off a full day of fun and food with their Founders Day Parade on Saturday, Sept. 3. Representing MERS Large Animal Rescue, we had a good time participating with our horses.
Since Wildwood was incorporated, city representatives held a number of events to recognize its unqiueness. The events began with Wildwood Days and later became Wildwood Celebration. In 2008, city officials had to cancel the Wildwood Celebration due to poor ground conditions of the parking areas for the event.
