
I read about a study that said that 9 million retired Americans don't have enough money to cover their basic living expenses. The study said that about 45 percent can't cover daily necessities, such as nutrition and health care.
As I do the shopping for my home, I watch other retirees go through their process of making do with what they have, as the meat portions they can afford get smaller and smaller.
I'd like to open this topic up for you to ask if you would please share what you're doing to survive in these challenging economic times. Food costs more, gasoline costs more, heating and cooling your house cost more and the dollar is worth less.
