Olympic Games and Casino Night Coming Aug. 4

Today is July 30th and everything is going good.

I am starting my work week, drinking a coffee and reading the news on the Internet.

I am quite happy for Italian results at 2012 Olympic Games, even though it is just the first week. The Opening Ceremony was really amazing. I found it very interesting and brilliant the idea of focusing the ceremony on the British excellence in the kids' literature and in the health service. The Bond & Queen entrance was awesome but the part which really made me go hog wild was Rowan Atkinson's Chariots of Fire parody: He is the best British actor ever!

I had a very funny and adventurous weekend with friends in Owensville, MO. We went to the fair, we swam in a river, we saw the trucks' show. It was amazing, beautiful weather and pleasant company: the perfect mix for a great weekend!

This is going to be a busy week. Here at the West St. Louis County Chamber we have to plan and prepare the Casino Night of the next weekend, and about this. I want to invite everyone to join this great event at the Tri-Star Mercedes: Poker, Craps, Black Jack, Roulette, Big Prized, Good Cocktail and Good People...what else do you want?
