This high energy step class incorporates creative, high – low stepping and power moves to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength and endurance. Additional floor work will isolate specific muscle groups to tone trouble spots. Steps, mats, hand weights and power bands are all provided. Samantha Stephens instructs this class. All classes are held at the Community Center.
