Gibby's restaurant officially opens for business today at 11 a.m. Its Eureka location becomes the second that Geiser family has opened; the other is located in St. Clair.

Lunch specials include hot wings, one-topping pizzas, French dip sandwich, house salad and cheese bread, toasted ravioli, and spaghetti with bread—all for $6.50 each.

Gibby's hours of operation are Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The restaurant provides dine-in, carry-out, delivery and catering.
