On Monday, warrants were issued for the charge of Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child-Class C Felony for Brian E. Wagener, 34, of Eureka.
The charge is the result of an ongoing investigation by the Webster Groves Police Department of an incident that occurred in October 2009, wherein the suspect allegedly exposed his genitals to a child less than 15 years of age.

The incident occurred near the intersection of Fairview and Cornelia Avenues in Webster Groves in the area of Avery Elementary School. Wagener resides in the 600 block of Schmelz Drive in Eureka.
