Wildwood Hockey Player Scores Only Team USA Goal

The only goal scored Saturday evening by U.S. Youth Olympic Boys' Ice Hockey team members against the Canadian team was made by Blake Clarke from Wildwood, as reported by Boxscore World Sportswire.

Team USA lost to the Canadian team 5-1 at the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games at Tyrolean Ice Arena.

Ben Smith, head coach of Team USA, told Boxscore the team needed to regroup and grow as a team.

Clarke fired a shot from the left faceoff dot that beat Canada's goaltender shortside, according to the game report.
