Wildwood New City Council Members Sworn In
Eight city council members, including three new ones, became official at Wildwood's meeting during Monday evening.
Three Wildwood residents became city council members for the first time at a swearing-in portion of Monday evening's council meeting: Katie Dodwell, Harry LeMay and Debra Smith McCutchen. Five prior council members also were sworn in for continuing, or second, terms: Ed Marshall, Ron James, Michele Bauer, Larry Goodson and John McCulloch.
Mayor Tim Woerther told council members he hoped they took to heart the mission and vision of the city regarding responsibility, accountability and being fiscally responsible.
"We face several, large projects together over the next few years, including a new community park, the county sales tax issue, Strecker Forest, budgetary issues and a new city hall," he said. "I hope everyone can keep in mind those common objectives that drive us as leaders of Wildwood."

Ward One remains with a council vacancy at present. Candidate David Hamrick ran unopposed, but was not able to accept his term post-election. Dan Dubruiel, city administrator, said Hamrick was elected in April, but he then accepted a job at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Another Wildwood resident will be appointed to fill the vacancy in the near future.
Following are Wildwood's set of council members going forward, along with their profiles and contact information.
