A
new 4-week session of adult ki aikido begins Monday, February 24 at the Fenton
RiverChase Recreation Center. The focus of this Japanese martial art is on the
unification of mind and body by combining physical movement with more mental
aspects of movement such as relaxation, balance, and awareness. Classes are
held on Monday and Thursday evenings (6:30 – 8:00) and Saturday mornings
(10:30-12:00). Ages 16 and older are welcome to train.
