Area Culligan Dealer Acquires Local Dealership

Culligan of Fenton has announced its acquisition of Upchurch Waterworks in Eureka, Mo. David Lau, general manager of Culligan of Fenton, purchased the business earlier this year, gaining new customers in his existing service area in Eureka, Pacific and Glencoe, Mo.

“We are thrilled to maintain high quality service to customers in our newly acquired region,” says Lau, who also operates Culligan of Millstadt.

The sale involved the acquisition of 31 former rental accounts of Upchurch Waterworks, but Culligan of Fenton will still operate from its one location at 2380 Cassens Drive. Lau purchased the business from its two owners, the sole employees of Upchurch Waterworks.

Culligan of Fenton offers a large variety of water treatment products and services available for home or business, including water softeners, water filtration systems, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, bottled water delivery, softener salt delivery, equipment installation, and repair service.
