Sue Martin, sales associate with Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Fenton office was ranked the second highest sales associate in the company. She had a remarkable year servicing her clients and customers with over $35
million in sales and she closed 140 units. Martin is consistently in the top five agents in the company year over year. She has also been the recipient of the President's Service Award for Outstanding Service and is
a relocation specialist.
