Independent physician group Esse Health announced the opening of a new office on the campus of SSM St. Clare Health Center, named Esse Health Physicians at St. Clare. Internal medicine and geriatric medicine physician Kyle Moylan, M.D., FACP, will begin seeing patients there once the suite is complete. Esse Health Physicians at St. Clare is located in the St. Francis Medical Office Building at St. Clare Health Center, 1011 Bowles Ave., Suite 450 in Fenton, Mo. Dr. Moylan is accepting new patients, and appointments can be made by calling 314-467-1500. Starting July 5, Dr. Moylan will see patients at Esse Health Tesson Ferry Pediatrics & Internal Medicine until the St. Clare office is complete.

St. Louis native Dr. Moylan is board-certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine and will be board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine later this year. Moylan previously served as Associate Program Director of the internal medicine residency program at the University of Missouri in Columbia, where he also served as the Program Director for the Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Program. His areas of interest include dementia, Parkinson’s disease (and related disorders), gait/mobility issues, rationale medication use and palliative/end-of-life care.

Moylan was elected to the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha by the medical students at the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2009. He also received an award for outstanding clinical teaching from the curriculum board and attended an intensive course in Health Care Delivery Improvement at Intermountain Healthcare. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
