Choosing the Right Adult Day Care

• Are activities and recreation planned daily?
• Did the staff make you feel welcome?
• Did the director discuss fees openly?
• Is the building wheelchair accessible?
• Do the staff and participants seem happy and comfortable?
• Who owns the adult day care center?
• How long has it been in operation?
• What conditions are accepted (ex:  memory loss, incontinence, age limits)
• Are meals and snacks included in the daily cost?
