The West County and Central St. Louis County chapters of the International MOMS Club® visited the St. Louis Zoo's children's zoo on Monday.
The moms visited during the first hour the zoo is open, when the children's zoo portion is free (otherwise it costs $4 to enter). The visit was part of the MOMS Club of St. Louis County - West's play date calendar for May. The kids enjoyed petting the guinea pigs and seeing the bunnies. The moms then walked down to the River's Edge area to see the elephants.
These new chapters of the International MOMS Club formed in March for stay-at-home moms that want to socialize and be able to bring their children out of the house during the day. The West County chapter welcomes moms in Chesterfield, Wildwood, Eureka, Ballwin, Manchester, Valley Park and Fenton to join this new group for play dates.
