Saturday, August 6, at approximately 12:15 pm, the Chrysler Water Tower was toppled. A wedge was cut into its base and it was pulled over like a giant dead tree. Mark Seemeyer, owner of Joe Clark's, and I stood side by side sadly photographing the last moments of this long time Fenton landmark and Chrysler Plant symbol.
