Burglars Busy on Fourth of July Weekend
The following information was provided by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

Lake Drive, Fenton
Between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m on July 3, a burglar entered a home on Lake Drive in Fenton through an unlocked window and stole three gold rings, a computer, monitor and printer and a Nikon camera. The value of the items was set at $1,250.
Winter River Court, Fenton

A white Cub Cadet commercial lawn mower, valued at $1,200, was stolen sometime between 5 p.m. July 3 and 8:30 a.m. July 4 from a home on Winter River Court. The mower had been parked on the side of the home.
Martin Drive, High Ridge

On July 2 a burglar entered a home on Martin Drive in High Ridge and stole various items including a 1977 McCluer High School class ring, two gold rings and a gold chain. The value of the items was estimated at $1,800.
