Please be advised that the contractor for the Phillips 66 Pipeline Project will be closing a portion of Allen Road, near the St. Louis/Jefferson County line, on Monday, October 25, 2021, at 8:00 AM with an estimated reopening on Saturday October 30, 2021, at 4:00 PM.  This portion of Allen Road will be CLOSED to thru traffic, so please plan an alternate route accordingly.
