The 26th annual event is a holiday tradition in St. Louis featuring marching bands, floats, enormous colorful helium balloons and popular storybook and holiday characters. This year's parade theme is "Family Holiday Magic." The parade starts at North 4th Street and Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis.
