 Basic Open Office Writer Seminar at Jefferson County Library, Windsor Branch

   The Basic Open Office Writer seminar is for those interested in word processing in a Microsoft Word type product. The Open Office Productivity Suite is a free open source alternative to Microsoft Office.

  Open Office supports the ISO/IEC standard OpenDocument Format (ODF) for data interchange as its default file format, as well as Microsoft Office formats among others. Open Office Writer is a powerful alternative word processor able to read and write Microsoft Word documents. Additional topics will cover the menu bar and tool bars.
