The North Jefferson County Ambulance District is hosting a bone marrow registry event on Saturday June 18th from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
It takes only 15 minutes and a cheek swab to register. If you are matched with a person in need, you could help save their life!
Donors must be between the ages of 18 and 60.
There are many misconceptions about donating bone marrow. Please call 1-800-MARROW2 for more details about dontaing in general.
