Ten professional and ten amateur chefs compete for title of best Cajun/Creole dish. City of St. Louis Department of Health policies prohibit attendees from sampling the food prepared by the competing chefs, however attendees receive 4 tickets to sample Cajun/Creole fare provided by a catering company. Complimentary samples of Bud Light Beer, Southern Comfort Hurricanes and soft drinks will be available along with musical entertainment by Spur.
