Fenton Needs a City Administrator

Even though there is a tab on the City of Fenton's website for AGENDAS/MINUTES, the minutes of meetings and how votes were cast are not posted.  After checking 10 of the many other municipalities in St. Louis County, they ALL have the minutes of their meetings posted.  When I called the city I was told I could request a copy of the minutes I wanted.  The city does not have a city administrator.  This trained professional is the person who would see that this is done.
