Fenton Students Rise to Dean's List at Washington University
Fall 2011 semester Dean's List includes several local students.

The following students were named to the Dean's List for the fall 2011 semester at Washington University in St. Louis, according to a news release.
- Ruth Marie Altmiller, of Fenton, MO, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2011 semester. Altmiller is a graduate of Cor Jesu Academy in St. Louis, MO, and is enrolled in the university's College of Arts & Sciences. To qualify for the Dean's List in the College of Arts & Sciences, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or above and be enrolled in at least 14 graded units.
- Elizabeth Ruth Handschy, of Fenton, MO, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2011 semester. Handschy is a graduate of Rockwood Summit High School in Fenton, MO, and is enrolled in the university's College of Arts & Sciences. To qualify for the Dean's List in the College of Arts & Sciences, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or above and be enrolled in at least 14 graded units.
- Katelyn Mae Disterhoft, of Fenton, MO, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2011 semester. Disterhoft is a graduate of Jersey Community High School in Jerseyville, IL, and is enrolled in the university's School of Engineering and Applied Science. To qualify for the Dean's List in the School of Engineering, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.6 or above and be enrolled in at least 12 graded units.
- Daniel Bryce Raterman, of Fenton, MO, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2011 semester. Raterman is a graduate of Saint Louis University High School in St. Louis, and is enrolled in the university's Olin Business School. To qualify for the Dean's List in the Olin Business School, a student must earn a semester grade point average of 3.6 or higher, and be enrolled in at least 12 hours of graded course work.
