Fredbird, Mad Hungarian Motivate Bowles students
The Cardinals notables were on hand at Bowles to talk to students about doing their best on the upcoming Missouri Assessment Program tests

To build excitement for the Missouri Assessment Program (MAP) testing, students at , in Fenton, received a visit fromΒ Fredbird and former Cardinals pitcher Al Hrabosky, known as the Mad Hungarian in his basball heyday, on Monday.Β
As teacher Andrea Darmon described, the event was designed to motivate students to do their best in school and make good choices.Β βEach year we have a theme for MAP testing,β said Darmon.Β βThis year our theme is to βHit the MAP Test Out of the Park.βΒ Dressed in Cardinals spirit wear, the students met Fredbird and listened to Hrabosky talk about doing their best in school.βΒ
Students in grades 3-5Β will have the opportunity to demonstrate what they know on the MAP test through April 20
