High Ridge Driver Slips Off Road, Hits Tree
Two High Ridge women found themselves slammed into a tree Sunday morning in a one-vehicle accident. One was transported to a nearby hospital.

While heading southbound on Highway N at 9:05 a.m. Sunday, Jessica Collier, a 21-year-old driver from High Ridge, said her 1986 Chevrolet Celebrity slipped off the roadway.
The car then struck a tree about 0.2 mile north of Missouri Route 30 in Franklin County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
A 17-year-old passenger, Katelin Collier, was not wearing a seat belt, and was transported to St. Anthony's Medical Center by a St. Clair EMS crew for injuries sustained in the accident.

The driver also was not wearing a seat belt. Her car was totaled and towed from the scene.
There were no other motorists involved in the accident.
