MS. BIGGERSTAFF WILL SPEAK ABOUT VETERANS AND THE NEEDS OF OUR ARMED FORCES THAT ARE RETURNING HOME. SHE WILL GIVE INSIGHT TO THE ISSUES THAT FACE OUR WOUNDED VETERANS AND ALL HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS.
