Northwest High School Names New Head Football Coach
Nicholas Hoth served as head coach of the Mexico (Mo.) High School football team in Audrain County, MO.

Nicholas Hoth, a football coach from the Mexico Public School District in Audrain County Missouri, will be the new head head football coach of the Northwest High School Lions football team.
While at Mexico High School Hoth also served as the defensive coordinator. Hoth's team focused on a running attack, averaging almost 300 yards per game to go with an average of 100 yards. which resulted in an average of 31 points per game. The Mexico Bulldogs football team narrowly missed a state playoff berth this year in the competitive Class 4A Division.
βThe selection committee interviewed a significant number of very qualified individuals," said Northwest athletic director Jeff Taggart in a new release from the Northwest District. "I believe Coach Hoth is a great fit for the position and will provide excellent leadership for our student athletes, football program and school community.β
βI am grateful for the opportunity to lead the Northwest Lions football program. Northwest is an outstanding school and part of an exceptional community.β Hoth said.
Hoth is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a bachelor's degree in physical education.
