The sooner the school sleep schedule is begun, the better. The lack of adequate sleep leads to poor concentration, inability to problem-solve, memory issues, and even can contribute to acne and other skin problems. It is recommended that teenagers get 8-10 hours of sleep a night. Sleep is where our bodies repair themselves from the stress of the day. It is as important as eating and breathing.
