SSM St. Clare Named to National List for Great Women's Health
SSM St. Clare is one of only three hospitals in Missouri that is on a list published by "Becker Hospital Review."

, 1015 Bowles Ave., Fenton, has been named to Becker Hospital Reviewβs list of β100 Hospitals with Great Womenβs Health Programs,β which recognizes some of the most outstanding hospitals for womenβs health programs in the United States., according to a news release from the hospital.
SSM St. Clare was one of only three hospitals in Missouri to receive the recognition. The 100 hospitals were selected to the list for offering outstanding programs within womenβs health, including gynecology, obstetrics, reproductive medicine and other gender-specific conditions and health needs.
The Beckerβs Hospital Review editorial team specifically chose SSM St. Clare for the following reasons: its top 15 rating for womenβs health by CareChex (a medical quality rating service that provides a composite evaluation of all components of medical quality including process and outcomes of care and patient experience) in 2012, the state-of-the-art private maternity suites for all expectant mothers and the more than 1,400 births in the Family Birthplace in 2011, the advanced testing procedures available associated with obstetrical care and the comprehensive services for women through the breast center.
