Power tools, cash and a Playboy magazine were stolen Feb. 9 from a home workshop on Wallach Road, High Ridge. Missing were a Ryobi 18-volt battery, a Ryobi 18-volt tool kit, a Porter Cable sander, a gray tackle box and lures, some cash and a 1960 Playboy magazine. The value of the property was set at $1,765. Upon entering the detached workshop at his home at 10 a.m. Feb. 9, the homeowner told deputies that noticed the items missing and had been taken overnight. Due to a large amount of sawdust, fingerprints were unable to be obtained from the workshop. Deputies canvassed the neighborhood but produced no leads into the theft.
