ValleyPalooza Sets Battle of the Bars Softball Tournament
Day-long tournament will benefit "Neighbors in Need" assistance program

In an effort to raise funds for a community Neighbors in Need program, The ValleyPalooza Organization is challenging bars and other businesses in the Valley Park and Fenton areas to compete in a double-elimination co-ed softball tournament on June 23 at Brignole Field in Valley Park.
βNeighbors in Needβ assists residents of Valley Park who are generally low- income homeowners, are elderly or disabled, and who are in need of home repairs that they do not have the means or ability to do on their own. Many of the neighbors are people who have worked hard all their lives and who now are unable, either physically or financially to repair their own homes.
VallyPalooza is offering a day of softball and BBQ called the Battle of the Bars to help raise funds for those who need help. The entry fee is a tax deductible donation of $275 per team of 11. Additional players are $20 per player with maximum of 15 players per team. One team cooler, filled with 30 beers is included with the entry fee. (cooler must be returned).
