VIDEO: Rep. Carnahan Speaks to Press About Decision to File

The current 3rd District representative spoke to media about his plans for the Aug. 7 primary.

Tuesday morning, Rep. Russ Carnahan (D-MO) filed to run in the 1st Congressional District against Rep. William Lacy Clay (D-MO).

Following his trip to Jefferson City, Rep. Carnahan spoke to the media before boarding a plane to Washington D.C.
