Council Approves Chipotle, $3,000 for Tower Court Park Improvements

Monday night, the Florissant City Council approved a bill that would allow Chipotle Mexican Grill to come into town as well as a $3,000 appropriation for gasoline for the sewer lateral program. The council didn’t approve everything or vote on everything during the meeting, though.
