Vitendo 4 Africa is organizing the first and historic Sports Day event at Flo-Valley Community College on June 9th, 2012. Creating a healthy and informed community is one of the objectives of Vitendo 4 Africa.

The purpose of this event is to offer a wide
variety of physical health benefits, to teach life skills and promote diversity in our communities. There will be variety of games that may include soccer, volleyball, egg race, wheelbarrow race, sack race, tag of war, 100m relays,
marathon and many more. Christian Hospital will bring their staff and 20 foot Diabetic mobile unit to provide
free screening for blood pressure, glucose and hemoglobin AIC levels.
Youth empowerment and leadership training is one of the programs ran by Vitendo4africa Foundation in
North County. The committee organizing this event comprises of young people mainly students, who want to make a difference in their own community by uniting different communities through sports. This event is free and is open to the general public.

Sponsorship
Vitendo4africa and Crazy Olympics Committee are appealing to organizations and individuals for
sponsorship. Youth are fundraising through car wash to cover the cost of the venue and other related expenses. Donations can either be done through finances, drinks or sports materials.
