Free registration begins at 9:00am at entrance to the Eagan Center in Florissant. Ages 6 and under are encouraged to dress up and decorate your favorite "wheels" related to parade theme (50 Years of Vally of Flowers). Each child will receive a participants ribbon, gift bag and refreshments. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes for winners. Everyone welcome!
